The arts are a proven contributor in keeping us mentally healthy and  helping us heal when we are not well.  Artistic creativity can be a different and fun way to express and talk about emotion.  Simply put, the arts can make a powerful contribution to our mental health. 

Please join us on  November 11th at 6 pm for a virtual event where you can showcase your creative expression.  We will have a guest speaker, featured local artists and the community is invited to participate.  Let us fight back against isolation and mental distress by joining together for this artistic community event.  It’s sure to leave you inspired.
